浅论图书馆人才资源的开发
On the Development of Library Talents Resources
【摘要】 本文对图书馆人才资源开发的意义及内涵进行了探讨,并从四个方面阐述了如何做好图书馆人才资源的开发利用工作。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the author explores the significance and connotation of developing library talents resources and elaborates the specific measures from four aspects.
