纯棉纺织品中八种痕量重金属元素ICP-AES分析方法研究(Ⅰ)
Study on the Determination of Eight Trace Heavy Metal Elements of the Cotton Textiles by ICP-AES(Ⅰ)
【摘要】 以硝酸镁为助剂干法灰化、浓硝酸浸取残渣分解纯棉样品.ICP-AES 全谱直读光谱仪为检测手段.优化选择 ICP-AES 工作参数,考查了样品灰化温度,助剂用量及基体元素的干扰行为.准确测定了棉纺织品中的As、Cd、Co、Cr、Cu、Ni、Pb 和 Sb 8种痕量重金属元素总量.杂质元素分析结果 RSD%皆小于4.样品加标回收率在90%~98.2%之间.元素检出限在0.4~10.2μg·L-1之间.
【Abstract】 The cotton textile samples were digested by adding magnesium nitrate-auxiliary- ashing and nitric acid .After optimizing the operating parameters of ICP-AES,ashing tempera- ture of the samples,auxiliary concentration and interference of the matrix.Auxiliary concertra- tion and interference of the matrix were investigated.Total ammount of the heavy metals in- duding As,Cd,Co,Cr,Cu,Ni,Ph,Sb in cotton cloth were determinated by ICP-AES.The elements recoveries of Standrad addition method were 90.0%~98.2%.The overall relative Standard deviation was within 4.00%.The detection limits were 0.4~10.2 μg·L-1.
