连翘的小孢子发生与雄配子体形成

【摘要】 利用普通光学显微镜和扫描电镜对连翘小孢子发生与雄配子体的发育过程进行了观察,探讨连翘结果率低的原因结果如下:(1)小孢子发生及雄配子体发育期从开花前一年的6月下旬至次年3月开花前,持续时间较长;(2)花药由四个花粉囊组成,幼嫩时期的花粉囊壁由表皮、药室内壁、中层及绒毡层组成,花药发育属双子叶型,腺质绒毡层;(3)孢原细胞多数,小孢子母细胞减数分裂同时型,四分体排列方式主要为四面体型,少数为左右对称型,传粉时成熟花粉粒为2-细胞型,具3孔沟;(4)雄配子体发育过程中有大量巨型花粉和败育花粉出现,推测这些异常花粉的形成可能是影响连翘结果率的主要原因之一。

【Abstract】 In order to find out the factors that affect the fruits production in Forsythia sus- pense(Thunb.)Vahl,microsporogenesis and the formation of male gametophytes were ob- served under light microscope and scanning electron microscope.The results were:(1)The whole process lasts from June of last year to March of the next year before flowering;(2)The anther is tetrasporangiate,the anther wall comprises the epidermis,fibrous endothecium, ephemeral middle layer and glandular tapetum,its development follows dicotyledonous type; (3)Microspore archesporium is of multicellular inside the epidermis.Simultaneous type in the microspore mother cells follow meiosis and the microspore tetrads are mainly tetrahedral ar- rangement or isobilateral sometimes.Mature pollen grains are 2-celled type with three grooves;(4)There are many large pollen grains and aborted pollen grains occur during the de- velopment of male gametophytes.These results suggested that the abnormal development and abortion of male gametophytes may be one of the primate factors that effect the fruits produc- tion in F.suspense.
