葡萄酒中菌落总数测量不确定度的评估研究
The Evaluation of Uncertainty in Measurement of Aerobic bacterial count in Wine
【摘要】 按照国家推荐标准GB/T 4789.2-2003食品卫生微生物学检验菌落总数测定,通过葡萄酒中菌落总数测量不确定度的评估实验,介绍了一种新的测量不确定度评估方法。
【Abstract】 In GB/T 4789.2-2003 Microbiological examination of food hygiene-Detection of aerobic bacterial count,By the experiment of the uncertainty in measurement of aerobic bacterial count in wine evaluated, this paper expounded a new method of evaluate uncertainty in measurement in analysis.
