【摘要】 目的建立妇康宁软胶囊中绿原酸含量的测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,Lichrospher ODS(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)柱,流动相:甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液(20∶80),流速:0.8 mL/mim,柱温:30℃,检测波长:327 nm。结果绿原酸在0.145~0.435μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.89%,RSD=1.44%。结论该方法简便,精确,可作为妇康宁软胶囊质量控制的一种方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish the method for determinating the content of caffeotannic acid in Fukangning Soft Capsule.METHOD HPLC method was adopted,with Lichrospher ODS(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm) column,mobile phase of methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid solution(20∶80),flow rate at 0.8 mL/min,column temperature at 30℃,and detection wavelength at 327 nm.RESULT Within the range of 0.145～0.435μg,caffeotannic acid assumed fine linear relation with an average recovery rate of 99.89% and RSD=1.44%.CONCLUSION This method is simple and accurate and can be used as one of the methods for the quality control of Fukangning Soft Capsule.更多还原
