除尘离心风机存在的问题及改进设计

【摘要】 除尘离心风机在农业机械尤其是在粮食加工业中应用广泛。风机性能的好坏将直接影响到产品质量和生产环境,也直接影响到企业的效益。但目前使用的除尘离心风机,在性能和结构上还存在着诸多问题,如工效低、消能高、噪声大、易磨损以及流量不足等。为此,针对这些问题,结合企业自身的要求,应进行深入分析,找出问题出现的原因,并提出合理的改进设计方案,以提高风机的使用性能,为企业的发展创造条件。

【Abstract】 The dust removal centrifugal blower applies in particular in the farm machinery in the grain processing industry extremely widely. The centrifugal blower performance quality directly will affect the product quality and the production environment; also directly will affect enterprise’s benefit. But at present uses the dust removal centrifugal blower, which also has many problems in the performance and the structure, like the work efficiency low, disappears can high, the noise big, be easy to wear as well as the current capacity insufficiency and so on. Therefore, in view of these questions, the union enterprise own request, should carry on the thorough analysis, discovers reason which the question appears, and proposed there as on able improvement design proposal, enhances the air blower the operational performance, creates the condition for enterprise’s development.
