【摘要】 以土地综合定级为目标,利用特尔斐法和回归模型法对影响土地定级的各种因素进行分析,综合评定得出土地定级各因素的权重值.从而减少土地定级因素中存在的主观性因素,弥补了客观分析中缺失权重决策的内涵,使权重的确定更加符合实际.以江苏省常州市武进区为研究区,通过主观和客观两种赋权方法的有机结合,在土地定级因素集成赋权方面取得了一定效果,确定了其实际应用中的可行性.更多还原

【Abstract】 As determining weights is based on the typical example of synthesized land grading,that achieving land grading and weights determining by integrating Delphi and Regression model is a good way to avoid the subjectivity in objective analysis,and supplement the decision-making meaning in objective analysis.What the way does is to make the weights actual and reasonable.This article uses Wujin district of Changzhou of Jiangsu Province as a case study,which synthesized the method of subjective and objective analysis to determining weights.It has produced an obvious result in the integration of subjectivity and objectivity,which have feasibility for practical application.更多还原
