非理想炸药爆炸产物温度的光谱法测试

【摘要】 根据原子光谱学理论,利用原子发射光谱双谱线测温系统对含铝乳胶炸药的爆炸产物温度进行了实时测量,获得了爆炸产物瞬态温度-时间分布曲线,分析了不同配比炸药造成爆炸产物温度出现差异的原因。测试结果表明:非理想炸药的爆炸产物温度与炸药组成密切相关,随爆炸发展有一个递增的过程,且爆炸反应持续时间比理想炸药长。

【Abstract】 Based on the theory of atomic spectroscopy,a double line of atomic emission spectroscopy is used to measure the temperature of explosion products of aluminiferous emulsion explosive continuously.The curves of the transient temperature of explosion products vs time are obtained.The causes of temperature difference of explosion products for non-ideal explosives with different formula are analyzed.The test results show that the product temperatures of non-ideal explosives are related with compositions and increase along with the explosion progress.The explosion reaction time of the non-ideal explosives is longer than that of the ideal explosives.
