【摘要】 针对高校办学活动分析模型较少这一现状,该文分析了高校办学活动构成,引入UNIX操作系统中"进程"的概念,分别构建了高校人才培养活动过程模型、科学研究活动过程模型、人力资源管理活动过程模型、资金管理活动过程模型、物资管理活动过程模型和战略管理活动过程模型,通过人流、物流、资金流、信息流将6个活动过程模型加以链接,建立了完整性、系统性的高校办学活动过程模型。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the status lack of activity analysis models in running colleges and universities,this paper analyses the activity formation in running colleges and universities.The activity process models of talents training,scientific research,human resources management,capital management,materials management and strategic management in running colleges and universities are respectively constructed.The above six models are connected through talents flow,materials flow,cash flow,and information flow.This activity process model in running colleges and universities is complete and systematic.更多还原
