水平潜流人工湿地微生物群落的碳源代谢特性和功能多样性研究

【摘要】 为深入研究人工湿地的碳去除机理,利用Biolog微平板,研究了水平潜流人工湿地基质微生物群落结构及代谢特性。平均色度变化表明基质上层微生物群落碳源代谢能力要高于下层;主成分分析结果表明人工湿地不同部位的基质微生物群落具有不同的群落结构;对不同碳源利用特性的分析表明,人工湿地基质微生物对糖类利用较强,而前部上层微生物对氨基酸和羧酸利用能力显著高于其他部位微生物,但对聚合物利用能力低于其他点;功能多样性指数研究显示,不同样点间丰度差别较小,而多样性和均匀性指数上层要高于下层,前部下层微生物群落的均匀性指数显著低于其他样点。研究表明,水平潜流人工湿地不同部位的基质微生物群落具有不同的群落结构和代谢功能。

【Abstract】 The metabolic properties and functional diversity of the microbial community in horizontal sub-surface flow constructed wetlands were analyzed through the sole-carbon-source utilization profiles using ECO Biolog microplates. The variation of average well color development explained that the metabolic activity of upper substrate microorganisms was greater than lower substrate microorganisms. The results of principal component analysis showed the different structure and metabolic properties of different substrate microorganisms. Among the 31 carbon sources, carbohydrates had greater rates of color development for all substrates. Amino acids and carboxylic acids were much easier to be utilized by the upper forepart substrate microorganisms, but the metabolic capability of polymers was poor. The significance of richness indices difference between four substrates was smallness. The diversity and evenness of upper substrate microbial community were greater than lower substrate microbial community.
