东祁连山不同高寒草地型土壤微生物数量分布特征研究

【摘要】 通过现场采样,室内培养与观察、测定,对青藏高原东祁连山6种不同的高寒草地型土壤微生物数量的生态分布、季节动态的特征,以及与相关生态因子的关系进行比较分析。结果表明,不同高寒草地型土壤微生物数量及细菌、放线菌和真菌类群组成比例均存在较大差异。土壤微生物数量的季节动态变化总体表现为5月(牧草返青不久)数量最高,7月中旬有所下降,11月份的数量最少。土壤微生物数量在表土层(0~10cm)居多。土壤微生物总数与土壤全N相关极显著,与土壤有机C、土壤微生物量氮(Nmic)和地下植物生物量的线性相关显著,而与土壤C/N比值和土壤微生物量碳(Cmic)之间的线性相关不显著。

【Abstract】 Six different representative Alpine grassland types in Eastern Qilian Mountain were selected to investigate the ecological distributions and the seasonal dynamics of their soil microorganism communities. The relationships between it and soil chemical properties were also analyzed. The results showed that the amount of soil microorganism and the community composition differed significantly with different grassland types. The amount of soil microorganism was the most in May after the grass turned green, and was more in July which exhibited the least in November. The soil microorganism was mainly concentrated in upper layer (0~10 cm) and was more than that in 10~20 m layer. In terms of the relationship between total soil microorganism quantity and soil properties, it showed an extremely positive one between it and total soil nitrogen, and a positive one between it and soil organic carbon, microorganism biomass nitrogen (Nmic) and the underground biomass of plant. However, the relationship between it and soil microorganism biomass carbon (Cmic), the ratio to soil organic carbon and total soil nitrogen, microorganism biomass nitrogen were not significant.
