氟虫腈在4种土壤中的吸附和脱附初探
Adsorption and Desorption of Fipronil in Four Soils
【摘要】 利用批量平衡法初步研究了氟虫腈在4种土壤中的吸附、解吸附动力学曲线。结果表明,氟虫腈在4种土壤中的吸附能力顺序依次为嘉兴水稻土>东北黑土>北京棕壤>江西红壤,解吸附能力恰好相反,依次为嘉兴水稻土<东北黑土<北京棕壤<江西红壤,其中嘉兴水稻土对氟虫腈的吸附能力最强,江西红土的吸附能力最弱。
【Abstract】 Adsorption/desorption dynamics in four typical Chinese soils were studied. Batch equilibration method was used in this experiment. The distribution coefficient (Kd) values for fipronil in 4 different soils ranged from 3.28 to 36.47 and the adsorption rate ranged from 39.64% to 87.94%,indicating that the adsorption ability of soils to fipronil was ranked as follow: Jiaxing paddy soil> Northeast black soil>Beijing brown soil> Jiangxi red soil.
