【摘要】 目的比较社区产妇会阴切口不同护理方法对其切口愈合情况的影响。方法2006年6月-2007年5月转介到社区的183例阴道分娩并有会阴切口的产妇,社区护士指导其每次大小便后及更换产褥垫后采用清洁水冲洗会阴部,直至产后恶露干净,切口愈合。观察产妇拆线当天、出院第7天、第14天、第28天、第42天会阴切口愈合情况,并与2005年6月-2006年5月采用碘伏消毒液或1/5000PP液擦洗会阴切口的150例有会阴切口的社区产妇的切口愈合情况进行比较。结果产妇会阴切口使用清洁水清洁与碘伏消毒液或PP液擦洗,切口的愈合情况差异无统计学意义。但使用碘伏消毒液或PP液擦洗,5例产妇出现切口局部过敏反应,1例出现皮肤灼伤;使用清洁水清洗,无1例产妇出现不良反应,并感觉舒适。结论对拆线后出院转介社区进行上门随访服务的产妇,指导其运用清洁水清洁方法护理会阴切口,简单有效、价格低廉、舒适、无不良反应,还可避免因使用消毒液致皮肤过敏、皮肤灼伤等不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore influences of different methods of nursing perineal incisions on their recovery in parturient women in community nursing.Methods The perineal incisions in 183 parturient women undergoing vaginal delivery from Jun.2006 to May 2007 were cleaned with clean water each time after urination and defecation and altering of childbed mattresses.The healing conditions were observed on the day before discharge,on day 7,day 14,day 28 and day 42 after discharge.The observed results were compared to those disinfected with iodine or potassium permanganate solution in another 150 parturient women undergoing vaginal delivery from Jun.2005 to May 2006.Results The differences were insignificant in the healing conditions at each time point statistically,but 5 cases manifested with local allergic responses and 1 case with skin adustum in the iodine group,while those cleaned with clean water showed no adverse reactions and felt comfortable.Conclusion Those transferred to community nursing can be instructed to clean and care the perineal incisions with clean water.The method is simple,costing less and having no adverse reactions.Meanwhile,such disinfectant-induced adverse reactions as skill allergy and skin adustum can be avoided.更多还原
