【摘要】 目的了解广州市大学本科学生急救知识认知现状与需求情况,探讨提高其急救意识与普及急救知识的可行性方法。方法采用随机分层抽样的方法以问卷对广州市5所高校大学本科生共476人进行调查,调查的内容包括:一般资料,急救电话号码知晓率,遇到急救情况时的反应,急救相关知识,对急救知识的需求。结果5所大学476名学生"120"急救电话号码知晓率为94.1%;遇到需急救的情况时,知道呼叫救护车的有86.1%;急救知识得分为(4.16±1.49)分,医学类学生最高,非医学类学生中,农学类学生得分最高。急救知识主要通过自学获得,84.9%的学生有学习急救知识的需求,43.7%的学生认为急救知识的开始普及阶段最好在初中,94.7%的学生认为应该在大学生中普及急救知识,最好是采取理论结合实际的形式以选修课方式开展这类课程。结论广州市大学生急救意识较强,但急救知识总体水平有待提高,有关部门应采取有力措施加大院前急救知识与技能的普及和培训力度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the needs of undergraduates in Guangzhou so as to probe into the feasibility of enhancing their first aid knowledge.Methods 476 undergraduates from 5 universities in Guangzhou were sampled out for the survey by a questionnaire in terms of general data,memorization rate of first aid telephone number,response to first aid,first aid-related knowledge,and needs for first aid knowledge.Results The memorization rate in first aid telephone of "120" was 94.1%.86.1% of them knew to call for ambulance at first aid.The score in first aid knowledge exam was(4.16±1.49).Medical students scored the highest and among non-medical students,the agricultural majors scored the highest.They acquired the first aid knowledge by self study,84.9% of them had the needs of learning first aid,43.7% of them thought the best period for popularizing the first aid knowledge was in junior middle school and 94.7% thought it was should be the period of studying in university and the course had better be taught as an optional course.Conclusion The university students have strong sense of first aid but the general level of first aid knowledge is at lower le-vel.The administrators should take measures to enhance the training of first aid knowledge and skills.更多还原
