【摘要】 目的研究子宫肌瘤全子宫切除术患者的社会支持与焦虑、抑郁状况的相关性,并探讨对策。方法对200例子宫肌瘤全子宫切除术患者进行焦虑、抑郁和社会支持的问卷调查,以分析其相关性。结果本组患者的焦虑、抑郁和社会支持评分显著高于常模(P<0.01),社会支持与焦虑、抑郁状况呈负相关关系(P<0.01)。结论应该重视社会支持系统对子宫肌瘤全子宫切除术患者焦虑抑郁的改善作用,并有效利用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relation between anxiety and depression of hysterectomy patients and social support and countermeasures. Methods Depression, anxiety and social support of 200 hysterectomy patients were investigated by questionnaire in order to analyze their relations. Results The scores of anxiety, depression and social support were significant higher than those of norm (P<0.01) and social support was negatively related to anxiety and depression(P<0.01). Conclusion It is necessary to emphasize and utilize the effects of social support system on mental status of hysterectomy patients.更多还原
