洁净手术室Ⅰ类切口手术后不同物体表面擦拭方法效果观察

【摘要】 目的探讨洁净手术室I类切口手术后不同物体表面的清洁方法及其效果。方法在保障洁净设备完好、管理措施完善、监测技术规范的情况下,于每天第1台I类切口手术结束后,分别对没有被有机物污染和被有机物污染的无影灯、手术床垫、托手、麻醉工作台表面采用清水和含氯消毒剂擦拭,各取30例样本,检测物体表面菌落数,比较两种擦拭方法的清洁消毒效果。结果没有被血液、体液等有机物污染的物体表面分别用清水和消毒液擦拭后,菌落数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);被有机物污染的物体表面分别用清水和消毒液擦拭后,菌落数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论I类手术后未受有机物污染的物体表面选择清水擦拭有效可行,既达到环境质量要求又能减少消毒液对环境和物体表面的破坏,而有机物污染或疑受污染的物体表面必须使用消毒液擦拭。

【Abstract】 Objective To study cleaning methods on different surfaces in the clean operating room after type I operations and their effects. Methods With cleaning devices, supervision management and monitor technology being in good conditions, the surfaces of the shadowless lamp, operation table, instrument carriage and anesthesia working table with or without organics contamination were wet rubbed respectively with clean water and chlorine antiseptic after type I operation. 30 stuffs surface bacteria colony-forming samples were collected in each group in order to compare the cleaning effects. Results There was no significant difference in the colony-forming units between clean water rub method group and chlorine antiseptic rub method group on surfaces not stained by blood and body fluid etc (P>0.05). But there was significant difference in the colony-forming units between two groups on surfaces stained by organics (P<0.01). Conclusion It is feasible to use clean water to rub the stuffs surfaces which are not stained by organics after type I operation, which can reduce the environmental pollution and damage of stuffs surface caused by the sterile liquid. But the contaminated or doubtfully contaminated surfaces by organics must be cleaned by the chlorine antiseptic.
