苦丁茶复方袋泡茶的研究与开发
Researching and Developing of Compound Teabag of Ilex Kudingcha
【摘要】 以宁波绿茶为基础,添加苦丁茶和茉莉花,进行新颖袋泡茶配方的研制。研究结果表明,配方是6(即A2B3C2)的袋泡茶,在香气和滋味方面都既有耐冲泡和口感平和的特点,又有苦丁茶的甜味,滋味较甘爽,咖啡碱低,是一种优质袋泡茶。
【Abstract】 Ilex KuDingcha and jasmine,teabag formula of novelty teabag comparison of green-tea were studied in this thesis.The results indicated that,the compound teabag of the formula is 6(A2B3C2) ,in the fragrance and the taste aspect swells,feeling gentle,also has painstakingly the Kudingha sweet taste,the taste is sweet and refreshing,low theine,it is one kind of high-quality teabag.
