【Abstract】 To identify and determine plant hormones is very important in advanced studies on plant physiology and biochemistry.The paper is concerned with the conditions to determine Gibberellins acid,Indole-3-Acotic acid and Abscisic acid by HPLC.The method of extracting and determining the three kinds of plant hormones in lily bulbs was established.Results showed that the method was simple,fast and low cost.It could be used to fast determine the hormones content in sample which is low in pigment.更多还原
