纳米MgO改性涂料的制备及其抗菌性能研究
Preparation of Nano-MgO Modified Coating and Research of Its Antibacterial Performance
【摘要】 以Na2CO3与MgCl2为原料,采用共沉淀法,在反应温度30℃,反应体系pH值10,550℃煅烧碱式碳酸镁条件下,制备纳米MgO,制得的纳米MgO平均粒径约12 nm。实验并制备了纳米MgO改性涂料,采用抑菌环法对纳米MgO、TiO2改性涂料的抑菌性能进行了对比评价。实验表明:纳米MgO改性涂料抗菌性能显著,优于纳米TiO2改性涂料的抗菌性能。在有、无光照条件下,纳米氧化镁含量1%的涂料都具有优良的抗菌性能。
【Abstract】 With Na2CO3 and MgCl2 as raw materials,the nanoMgO is prepared by sedimentation method at 30 ℃ and with pH 10 of the system and calcining temperature 550 ℃ of MgCO3·nH2O.The results show that the diameter of nano-MgO particles are about 12 nm.And the modified coating was produced with nano-MgO.The antibacterial properties of the nano-TiO2 and the nano-MgO modified coating with the antibacterial circle tests were compared.The nano-MgO modified coating has more outstanding antibacterial property than the nano-TiO2.In the condition of light or no light,1% nano-MgO modified coating keeps a good property of antibacterial.
