【摘要】 为探讨花松萝不同溶剂提取物的抑菌作用,采用打孔琼脂扩散法和稀释法对花松萝不同溶剂提取物进行抑菌实验研究。结果表明花松萝的不同溶剂提取物对供试细菌和真菌(金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、藤黄微球菌、绿脓杆菌、黄霉菌)均有一定程度的抑制效果,而对粪链球菌没有抑制作用,为花松萝抑菌活性的进一步研究提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the antibacterial activities of different solvents extracts of Usnea florida(L.) Wigg,minimal inhibtory concentration(MIC) and inhibitory circle of t he extract were determined.The results showed that the antibacterial activity of the extracts was different toward different microbes.This research is benefit for the further study about the antibacterial activity of Usnea florida(L.)
