活性半焦制备工艺条件对其脱硫性能的影响

【摘要】 活性半焦的脱硫性能与其制备条件密切相关.针对炭化过程和活化过程的主要工艺参数进行考察,探讨工艺条件对活性半焦脱硫性能的影响,探索活性半焦孔隙结构与脱硫性能之间的关系.结果表明,在实验范围内,活性半焦的脱硫性能随着活性半焦碘值的增加而增加,二者有很好的相关性.在炭化、活化工艺条件中炭化温度是决定最终活性半焦脱硫性能的关键因素,在合适的炭化温度下,当活化温度达到800℃后,活化时间和水蒸气流量对于活性半焦脱硫性能的影响要高于活化温度的影响.

【Abstract】 The desulfurization property of activated char has close relationship with its preparation conditions.The main parameters in carbonization process and activated process were studied.Results show that the desulfurization property of activated char increases with the iodine value.Carbonization temperature is the most important factor that decide whether the desulfurization capacity of final activated char is high.Under an appropriate carbonization temperature,activated time and water flux are more important factors that affect activated char property than activated temperature after the temperature arrives 800 ℃.
