【Abstract】 Through analyzing the problems existing in the cultivation of the graduate student’s innovation ability of the coal industry at present,the article points out that the problems such as the cultivation idea,the teaching faculty,and the education investment existing in the cultivation of the graduate student which have restricted the cultivation and improvement of the graduate student’s innovation ability;Combining the graduate student’s characteristic of coal industry,the article has put forward the opinions and suggestions to the existing problem which help to improve the innovation ability of the graduate student of the coal industry.更多还原
