【Abstract】 Our country strengthened the subsidy of the university poor student in recent years,but the lack of the effectual cognizance method of the poor student influences the result of the subsidy of the poor student.So,the article put forward a new visualize for the cognizance of the poor student that according to the principle that if someone want to apply the qualify of the poor student he who should offer the proof materials,put forward the specific filing conditions and standard,checkup the qualification of the applied student and raise the suggestion list,the class appraising the list in a democratic way,the dissented student appealing,then the administrative office announce the last list and filing and carry on the dynamic management to the poor student file at the same time.更多还原
