【摘要】 目的:探讨一种效果较满意的治疗外伤性下睑外翻的手术方法。方法:应用颞侧眼轮匝肌皮瓣矫治外伤性下睑外翻23例,男性8例,女性15例,年龄18～43岁,平均28岁,均为单侧,右侧18例,左侧5例,术后随访1个月至2年。结果:术后均一期愈合,下睑外翻畸形得以矫正,随访1月～2年无复发,效果满意。结论:应用眼轮匝肌皮瓣矫治外伤性下睑外翻是一种可行的手术方法,可获得满意的长期效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Approching an effective surgical method to the correction of traumatic lower eyelid ectropian.Methods In clinical,Correction 23 cases of traumatic lower eyelid ectropian with orbicularis muscle flap,including 8 men and 15 women,we followed-up for 1 month to 2 years after operation.Results All patients healed well,the lower eyelid ectropian were corrected and after 1 month to 2 years follow-up the results are good.Conclusion Correction of traumatic lower eyelid ectropian with orbicularis muscle flap is a good method and can be used widespread.更多还原
