【摘要】 目的:探讨隆鼻术后形态不佳的原因及相应的治疗方法并提出预防隆鼻术后并发症的原则。方法:自2003年7月至2007年3月,为61例就医者行隆鼻术后二次手术矫治。术中取出原假体,对适于即刻再植者应用硅胶假体行隆鼻术,对伴有鼻头肥大的就医者同时行鼻头肥大缩小术,对鼻头过于低平的就医者同时行自体耳软骨移植术。对不适于即刻修整的就医者于3～6月后再次修整。结果:随访3～12个月,所有就医者效果均满意。结论:采用硅胶假体联合软骨移植行隆鼻术,同时修整鼻尖低平,安全、外形逼真、效果满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the cause of nose abnormality after nose augmentation and treating principles in second correction. Methods In the group of 61 cases of nose abnormality after nose augmentation, the causes were analyzed. Most patients were repaired with silica gel nose implants, at the same time , nose reduction and auto auricular cartilage graft were applied according to the conditions to correct the abnormality, All the cases were followed-up for 3 month to 1 years after operation. And some principles of second correction of nose were put forward. Results All the patients healed well and were satisfactory with the result. Conclusion The method of correction of nose abnormality after augmentation with silastic implant and cartilage grafting is effective and the long-term results will be satisfactory if the principles are followed.更多还原
