【摘要】 目的探讨新的凋亡相关基因Survivin蛋白在人肾细胞癌中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SABC法分别测定52例肾细胞癌组织和10例正常肾组织中Survivin蛋白的表达,并分析其与肾癌临床、病理因素的关系。结果Survivin蛋白在肾癌组织中表达,阳性率为92.31%(48/52),其中弱阳性为19例,中等阳性为12例,强阳性17例,而正常组织中未见表达,二者有统计学意义(P<0.01)。肾癌中Survivin蛋白的表达与患者有无淋巴结转移、肾癌的病理分级呈正相关(P<0.05),而和肾癌患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤大小及有无下腔静脉癌栓、肾癌患者的Robson分期及肿瘤的病理类型无显著相关性。结论肾癌的分化程度越低,越容易出现淋巴结转移,则Survivin阳性表达率越高,提示检测肾癌中Survivin蛋白的表达,可作为肾癌诊断的灵敏、特异的指标,并有助于肾癌的预后评估。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and the clinical significance of survivin proteins in tissues of renal cell carcinoma (RCC). Methods Expression of survivin proteins were detected by immunohistochemical technique in tissues of 52 cases of renal cell carcinoma and 10 cases of normal kidney. Results Survivin was undetectable in all normal renal tissue, while it was expressed in 92.31% (48/52) of the RCC. In RCC, there was significant correlation between the expression of survivin and lymph node status, but no association between the expression and some clinical characters, including patient age, sex, tumor size and carcinomatous embolus status in inferior vena cava. There was significant relation between the expression of survivin and the pathologic features(P<0.05). No significant difference was observed between the expression of survivin and the clinical stage in RCC. The type of pathology of RCC was not correlated with the expression of survivin. Conclusion These results suggest that the expression of survivin may be upregulated during the development of human renal cell carcinoma. Therefore, survivin might be a useful criterion to propose the diagnosis of RCC.更多还原
