液压挖掘机工作装置的三维设计
3D Design of Hydraulic Excavator Work Elements
【摘要】 采用三维设计方法,应用Pro/Engineer软件,对液压挖掘机的工作装置进行了设计。通过建立液压挖掘机工作装置的三维模型,对其进行了装配和机构运动仿真。在装配过程中对零件进行干涉检查,在机构运动仿真过程中对机构的设计参数进行了检查和验证,并自动生成了铲斗的包络图,为液压挖掘机整机设计的合理性提供了依据。
【Abstract】 The work element of hydraulic excavator is designed by 3D design method and Pro/Engineer software.Through the establishment of the 3D model,the assembly and motion simulation are made.The interference check of the parts is carried out in the process of assembly,the check and verifying of the design parameter are carried out and the envelope diagram of the bucket is formed automatically in the process of motion simulation,it provides the basis for the rationality of the hydraulic excavator design.
