串联盘管道连续输送机串联盘的优化设计
Optimization Design of Continuous Conveyer of Disc-tube Assembly
【摘要】 串联盘管道连续输送机是一种高效,环保散料传输机。串联盘式管道连续输送机在许多行业有广泛的用途,而我国对它的研究还处在理论阶段。串联盘作为输送机最重要的传输部件,对它的研究具有十分重要的意义。通过对串联盘进行受力分析,得出力学模型,应用MATLAB作出串联盘物料高度,盘直径随应力的变化曲线,对两盘距离和直径进行优化,最后对串联盘进行模态分析。
【Abstract】 Continuous conveyer of disc-tube assembly is scattered material conveyer of hight efficiency.It can be applied in many fields,which is in the theory stage in our country.Mechanics analyse to the disc-tube was done,build the mechanics model and use MATLAB to do the curve of stress were built.The last,use Pro/ENGINEER do modal analyse to it.
