基于虚拟仪器的振动测试分析系统设计
Design of Vibration Measurement and Analysis System Based on Virtual Instrument
【摘要】 介绍了基于虚拟仪器的振动测试分析系统设计方案,该系统硬件由压电加速度计、电荷放大器、数据采集卡和计算机构成,软件是基于LabVIEW开发,完成振动信号的数据采集、处理分析、数据存储和回放等功能,可对矿山机械工作时的振动信号进行检测分析,为减振降噪和故障诊断提供信息。
【Abstract】 Introduced a design proposal of the vibration measurement and analysis system based on virtual instrument.The hardware is made up of the piezoelectric acceleration sensors,the electric charge amplifier,the data acquisition card and PC.The software was developed base on LabVIEW,it can realize vibration signal time data acquisition,measurement and analysis,date save and signal redisplay.
