【摘要】 测定华中地区20个不同样点的34群东方蜜蜂(Apis cerana Fabr.)。每群15只工蜂,每只工蜂共有38个形态特征。对测定的性状特征数据进行因素分析、聚类分析和区辨分析,形态性状与环境因子相关性分析;并与国内的云南省、陕西省、湖北省、四川省、甘肃省以及亚洲其他临近国家(缅甸、日本、韩国、尼泊尔、泰国、越南、印度)的相关数据进行比较。结果发现,华中地区东方蜜蜂种群内遗传变异较为丰富,其形态性状特征表现出较明显的地理变异性。华中地区东方蜜蜂种群形态性状的多态性、多型性及其地理变异式样,均具有生态适应意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The morphometrical features of Apis cerana in the middle of China was studied using morphomerical methods.Samples of Apis cerana were collected from 34 feral colonies in 20 locations of the middle of China.38 standard morphometric characters recommended by Rutter et al.(1988) were measured.The data were statistically analyzed by factor analysis,discriminate analysis and cluster analysis and compared to samples from Eastern Bee Research Institute data bank from the provinces of China such as Yunnan,Shanxi Hubei,Sichuan,Gansu and other Aisan countries:Myanmar,Japan,Korea,Nepal,Thailand, Vietnamand,Indien.The results show a degree of variation in size and coloration measures with various geographic features.更多还原
