【摘要】 探讨转杯纺纺制精梳彩色棉针织用纱的生产工艺。选用配比为75%的棕色棉和25%的本白棉混和纺制了24 tex针织用精梳转杯纱,对精梳落棉率、分梳辊速度、转杯速度等工艺参数进行了优选试验,并对精梳彩色棉转杯纱的质量进行了分析。结果表明:精梳落棉率为23%、转杯纺分梳辊速度为6700 r/min、转杯速度为42000 r/min时,精梳彩色棉转杯纱质量好,其质量优于普梳彩色棉转杯纱和普梳彩色棉环锭纱。认为在转杯纺纱机上开发精梳彩色棉细号纱是可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Production processing of combed color cotton knitting rotor spun yarn was discussed,24 tex knitting combed rotor spun yarn was spun by brown cotton and gray cotton,and the blending ratio is 75:25,combing waste percentage,combing roller speed,rotor speed and so on were optimized,and quality of combed color cotton rotor spun yarn was analyzed.The result shows that combed color cotton rotor spun yarn has better quality when combing waste percentage is 23%,combing roller speed of rotor spinning is 6700 r/min,rotor speed is 42000 r/min.Quality of combed color cotton spun yarn is better than that of carding color cotton rotor spun yarn and carding color cotton ring spun yarn.The test shows that developing fine count combed color cotton yarn in rotor spinning frame is feasible.更多还原
