室内挥发性有机物诱发大鼠皮肤风团形成的研究

【摘要】 目的:研究室内挥发性有机物对大鼠皮肤风团形成的机制。方法:以36只Wistar大鼠为研究对象,采用大气采样机采取混有VOC的空气样本,作用于大鼠(VOCL组),3个月后再取变应原液注射于大鼠,观察皮肤及胸腺组织改变。并与双蒸水组、短期接触VOC组(VOCS组)对照。结果:VOCL组皮肤真皮浅层水肿,可见炎性细胞浸润,少数嗜酸粒细胞。胸腺组织CD4+、CD8+细胞表达减少,CD8+的百分比较CD4+的百分比高;双蒸水组和VOCS组炎性细胞较少;VOCS组CD4+,CD8+表达细胞增多。结论:VOC低水平长时间作用可导致机体的超敏反应,有可能使变应原诱发慢性荨麻疹。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the pathogenesis of chronic urticaria induced by volatile organic compounds (VOC) in rat. Methods: Thirty-six Wistar rats were divided into three groups: VOCL group, control (double distilled water) group and short VOC group (VOCS). Indoor air with VOC was collected with atmosphere sampling-machine, and then injected into Wistar rats with allergens 3 months later. Histopathology of skin and thymus tissue was examined. Results: In VOCL group the pathological picture demonstrated that there were edematous in dermis and more inflammatory infiltration with eosinophilic granulocytes than in control and VOCS groups. The infiltration of CD4+ and CD8+ was decreased and the expression of CD8+ cells was more evidenced than CD4+ cells in thymus tissue. In control and VOCS groups there was less inflammatory infiltration and more expression of CD4+ and CD8+ cells.Conclusion: Low level of VOC can induce the hypersensitivity reaction, which evokes chronic urticaria through inhibiting immune function.
