【摘要】 目的探讨LASIK术后屈光回退者行二次手术的最佳方案。方法对在我院眼科准分子激光治疗中心行LASIK应用0.95mm光斑高速飞点切削术后产生屈光回退者24例(36眼)各时间段散瞳后的屈光状态、角膜地形图进行分析,得出二次手术的最佳方案。结果术前屈光度在-1.00~-6.00D者二次手术时间为术后6个月,屈光度在-6.25~-12.00D者二次手术应适当推迟,最好为术后12个月。结论LASIK术后屈光回退者行二次手术要根据患者第一次手术前的预矫屈光度、术后角膜地形图情况确定最佳手术方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the proper way for refraction regression after LASIK.Methods Refractive state and corneal topography was analysed on 24 cases(36 eyes)with refraction regression after LASIK in order to get the proper way for retreatment.Results The retreatment period was 6 months postoperation for myopic patients whose myopic diopters were-1.00～-6.00D.The retreatment should be put off until 12 months or more for myopic diopters from-6.00D to-12.00D.Conclusion It should decide the proper way for refraction regression after LASIK according to the expectant refraction before first operation and corneal topography after operation.更多还原
