粉末冶金特殊高性能材料的应用与发展

【摘要】 介绍了粉末冶金技术及其优点,说明了用粉末冶金技术生产的硬质合金、减摩材料、结构材料、摩擦材料、难熔金属材料、过滤材料、金属陶瓷等各种特殊用途的高性能材料及用途,总结了粉末冶金新工艺、新材料的发展现状和趋势,指出粉末冶金制品与用传统方法生产的同类产品相比,在性能和成本上具有明显的优势,而有些特殊高性能材料只能用粉末冶金方法生产,认为粉末冶金技术不同于传统生产方法的优点使其具备生产新材料和优质材料的巨大潜力.

【Abstract】 The powder metallurgy technology and its advantages are introduced,and some special material and their purpose of powder metallurgy such as hard alloy,antifriction material,structural material,friction material,high-melting metal material,filter material,metal ceramic as well as their applictions are also made out detailed,and new PM technology,new materials of powder metallurgy and its developing trends are summarized.Superiority of powder metallurgy technolge is illuminated by comparision with traditional methods,and the author considers that powder metallurgy technology has tremendous potential for yielding new and advanced special material because of its characteristics different from traditional methods.
