黄蒲通窍胶囊对血管性痴呆大鼠神经细胞凋亡Fas/FasL蛋白表达的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨黄蒲通窍胶囊对血管性痴呆大鼠神经细胞凋亡Fas/FasL蛋白表达的影响机制。方法制作线栓法大脑中动脉栓塞所致的血管性痴呆大鼠模型,观察各组大鼠神经细胞凋亡Fas/FasL蛋白表达的变化。结果4周后模型组大鼠皮层(额顶叶皮质)及海马CA1区神经细胞内有大量的Fas、FasL蛋白表达,中药组的阳性细胞数明显降低,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论黄蒲通窍胶囊可能通过Fas信号路径抑制神经细胞凋亡而起到改善记忆和认知功能的作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the mechanism of Huangpu Tongqiao Capsule(HTC) on protein expressions of Fas and FasL in neurons of rats with vascular dementia.Methods The model with vascular dementia in rats by embolizing middle cerebral artery with threads was made,and the changes of protein expressing of Fas and FasL in neurons of rats with vascular dementia in each group were observed.Results After 4 weeks,an abundance of Fas/Fasl proteins was expressed in cortical neurons and CA1 areas of hippocampi in model group.The positive cell counts were conspicuously decreased in Chinese herbs group.There are markedly different in two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion HTC may improve learning and memory function by depressing neuronal apoptosis through the way of Fas-Fasl signal trans-conduction.
