【Abstract】 The paper has discussed the position and function of training new-type farmers in the creation of harmonious countryside.The paper has expounded the pre-phase preparation work from agricultural information infrastructure construction and raising training fund.The paper has expounded the concrete practice in training new-type farmer work from three aspects: stimulating farmer’s initiative in participating in the training,training leaders in getting rich relying on information,and training new-type farmers in an all-round way.The paper has also put forward measures to establish a long-term effective mechanism in farmer education.更多还原
