【摘要】 从土地资源现实生产力和潜力两个方面对福州市可承载人口进行估算,发现福州市目前仍有部分承载空间,但通过回归模型进行人口预测发现其前景并不乐观。就保证粮食安全的耕地面积与城市化问题进行探讨,得出异于传统观点的新看法,即:耕地面积与城市化水平正相关。研究发现福州市土地资源承载压力巨大,为提高其承载能力、缓解人地矛盾,提出一些对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 A study on estimating the population carrying capacity of land in Fuzhou was made by calculating practical productivity and potential productivity of land resources.The result showed that the population in Fuzhou have not reached the maximum land resources carrying capacity.A population forecast is made by regression model,but the result is not fine.When discussing the relationship between the cultivated land area and the urbanization,a new opinion is drawn: the urbanization and the cultivated land area have a positive correlation.To improve the carrying capacity of land in Fuzhou,several advices are given from different ways.更多还原
