【Abstract】 The appearance and the spread of the emerging infectious diseases in recent years are a serious threat to Chinese public health,such as SARS,human avian Influenza and the human streptococcal infective syndrome etc.This article try to find something needed improved about the present Health and Quarantine Law system through analyzing epidemic features of the diseases and promote some suggestion to improve the system on the control of the emerging infectious diseases.更多还原
