斜置大型潜水电泵排水系统水力过渡过程研究
Study on Hydraulic Transient of Sideling Large-scale Submersible Motor Pump Drainage System
【摘要】 针对不同倾斜角度深部矿井中抢险排水的要求,建立了斜置大型潜水电泵排水系统水力过渡过程分析的数学模型,计算了6种不同矿井倾角排水系统的事故停机水力过渡过程。计算结果表明,大型潜水电泵的瞬态工作参数变化以矿井倾角45°为转折点。研究分析了潜水电泵的瞬态工作水头随矿井倾角变化不同的原因,以及缓闭蝶阀的最优关闭程序。研究结果可为抢险排水工程设计提供科学依据。
【Abstract】 Under the demand of wrecking-drainage system in different gradient deep mines,a mathematics model for analyzing the hydraulic transient of the sideling large-scale submersible motor pump drainage system is established,and the hydraulic transient of six different angles of the drainage system caused by power failure are calculated.The calculation shows that the variation of the instantaneous working parameters of the large scale submersible motor pump regard 45°as turning point.The reason why the instantaneous working heads varied as the mine’s angle varied is studied and the slow-closure butterfly-valve′s premium closure procedure is also proposed.The results provide scientific basement for wrecking-drainage project design.
