【摘要】 研究环保型促进剂XT-580等量替代促进剂NOBS在载重轮胎胎面胶和胎侧胶中的应用效果。结果表明,促进剂XT-580等量替代促进剂NOBS对胶料硫化特性和物理性能无不利影响,其中胎侧胶强伸性能和胎面胶耐磨性能稍有提高;试制的7.50-1612PR轮胎综合物理性能和速度性能稍优于正常生产轮胎。使用促进剂XT-580能降低成本。更多还原

【Abstract】 The application of environment-friendly accelerator XT-580 in replacing accelerator NOBS by equal weight in the tread and sidewall compound of truck tire was investigated.The results showed that by using accelerator XT-580 instead of accelerator NOBS,the curing behavior and physical properties of compound changed slightly,and the tensile properties of sidewall compound and the abrasion resistance of tread compound were improved;comprehensive physical properties and the speed performance of 7.50-16 12PR tire were a little better than those of normal product;the production cost was reduced.更多还原
