【摘要】 目的:了解性病门诊高危人群中沙眼衣原体分型特征。方法:采用巢式PCR扩增omp 1基因的VS₁-VS₂序列,自动测序仪测序,对沙眼衣原体临床菌株分型。结果:以12株标准株omp 1基因VS₁-VS₂序列为标准,37例沙眼衣原体感染样本基因分型共检出9个血清型,B型1株（2.7%）、D型5株（13.5%）、E型11株（29.7%）、F型5株（13.5%）、G型1株（2.7%）、H型3株（8.1%）、J型9株（24.3%）、K型1株（2.7%）、混合感染型1例（2.7%）。结论:本组泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体感染的基因型以E型、J型、F型、D型为主,分型对于监测特定型别的流行动态有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the genotype distribution of Chlamydia trachomatis in Pa- tients from STIs Clinic.Methods:VS₁-VS₂ of ompl gene was amplified by nest PCR and se- quenced by a sequencer.Identity of VS₁ and VS₂ were analyzed and genotyped using DNAstar soft- ware.Results:9 serotypes were identified among the 37 chlamydia strains,one stain was type B （2.7%）,5 strains were type D（13.5%）,11 stains were type E（29.7%）,5 strains were type F （13.5%）,1 strain was type G（2.7%）,3 strains were type H（8.1%）,9 strains were type J （24.3 %）,1 stain was type K （2.7 %）.Conclusion:The most prevalent types in Fushan were type F,E,J and D.Study on the molecular epidemiology of C.trachomatis infection is important for controlling the transmission of special genotypes.更多还原
