【摘要】 目的:探讨苠藤克银方治疗进行期寻常型银屑病患者的疗效以及治疗前后外周血CD₃⁺,CD₄⁺,CD₈⁺T细胞变化情况。方法:30例患者予芪藤克银方治疗开始和治疗结束检测患者外周血CD₃⁺,CD₄⁺,CD₈⁺T细胞。选择门诊健康体检者30例作为对照组。结果:治疗组总有效率为85%,CD₃⁺,CD₄⁺,CD₈⁺T细胞以及CD₄⁺/CD₈⁺比值与治疗前比较差异有显著性（P<0.01）。结论:芪藤克银方对进行期寻常型银屑病疗效较肯定,同时亦能纠正患者外周血T细胞及其亚群的失衡状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the therapeutic efficacy of Qi Tong Ke Yin in treating progressive psoriasis vulgaris and its effect on CD₃⁺,CD₄⁺,CD₈⁺ T cell.Methods:Qi Teng Ke Yin was taken orally by the 30 patients in the treatment group,CD₃⁺,CD₄⁺,CD₈⁺ T cells were measured before and after the therapy.30 healthy people were recruited as control.Results:The total effect rate was 85%.There was a significant increase in the number of CD₃⁺,CD₄⁺,CD₈⁺ T cell and the ratio of CD₄⁺/CD₈⁺ after the treatment.Conclusion:Qi Teng Ke Yin shows good therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris,its active mechanism might be regulation of the level of T Cell Subgroups.更多还原
