【摘要】 目的:研究胆囊炎胆石症中医辨证分型与螺杆菌感染的成石关系以及临床意义。方法:62例经14C尿素酶呼气试验检测的胆囊炎胆石症患者,手术切除的胆囊标本作胆囊黏膜病理组织学和硷性品红染色法进行螺杆菌观察。结果:硷性品红染色的胆囊黏膜病理切片中部分患者有红染的杆状和球状菌存在;肝郁气滞瘀血内停证胆囊成石率高,两组间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:肝郁气滞瘀血内停证胆囊成石率高,是多因素存在的结果,胆囊黏膜中螺杆菌的存在与胆石成因可能有一些关系,但不是主要的病因。不过为郑重起见,对胆囊炎胆石症患者做14C尿素酶呼气试验和胃黏膜硷性品红染色有螺杆菌存在的,可以作为手术切除胆囊的指征之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To conduct a comparative study on the incidence of gallstone as in TCM differentiation and typing of cholelithiasis chlecystolithiasis symptoms by observing the helicobacter pylon and on its clinical significance.Methods:After sixty-two patients of cholecystolithiasis underwent 14C-urease expiratory test,their gallbladders species cut in operations were taken to observe helicobacter pylons through gallbladder mucous histopathology and basic fuchsin’magenta staining.Results:There existed rod-shaped and spherical bacteria in pathological sections of some patients’ gallbladder mucous stained through basic fuchsin’ magenta staining ;the above pathological changes were particularly remarkable in the Group of liver closing with Qi stagnation and accumulation of blood stasis,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:Liver closing with Qi stagnation and accumulation of blood stasis contributes to high incidence of gallstone,which is the result of the existence of several factors.The existence of mucous helicobacter pylons in gallbladder mucous is likely to be associated with and the contributing factors of gallstones,but is not the principal cause of this disease.However,for caution’s sake,if the patient of cholecystolithiasis is found having helicobacter pylon through 14C-urease expiratory test and through basic fuchsin’ magenta staining of gastric mucosa,then this situation can serve as one of the indications for excision of gallbladder.更多还原
