东北山梅花根化学成分的研究

【摘要】 目的:研究东北山梅花(Philadelphus schrenkii Rupr.)根的化学成分。方法:利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,乙醚萃取,所得部分通过GC-MS分析检测;利用硅胶柱色谱结合制备薄层层析分离非挥发性化学成分,光谱分析鉴定结构。结果得到8个挥发油成分,2个非挥发性化合物,分别为香兰素和7-羟基-8-甲氧基香豆素。结论:以上所得挥发油成分和化合物均为首次从东北山梅花根中分离鉴定。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Philadelphus schrenkii Rupr.root.Methods:Wet distillation was applied to the research of volatile component,then the volatile component was extracted by ether and identified by GC-MS.Gel column chromatography and prepared TLC were used here to separate the non-volatile chemical constituents which were identified by NMR,MS,IR,UV and NOESY spectra.Results:Eight essential oils constituents and two compounds were got here.The two compounds are 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzyaldehyde and 7-hydroxy-8-methoxycoumarin.Conclusion:The essential oils constituents and the two compounds reported here are obtained from Philadelphus schrenkii Rupr.root for the first time.
