分光光度法测定碱性无汞电池中铟的含量
Determination of Indium in Without-Hg Basicity Cell by Spectrophotometry
【摘要】 研究了在硫酸介质中,非离子型表面活性剂PVA存在下,乙基罗丹明B络阳离子与InI4-络阴离子所形成的离子缔合物分散在水相中,形成了胶束增溶显色体系,缔合物的最大吸收波长位于602 nm处,方法的表观摩尔吸光系数为ε6′02=1.58×105L.mol-1.cm-1,铟含量在0~11μg/10 mL范围内服从比尔定律,用于碱性无汞电池样品中铟的测定,相对标准偏差为1.9%(n=4),加标回收率为95%~107%,比对实验结果吻合.
【Abstract】 The ion-association complex of ethyl rhodamine B react with InI-4 in the aqueous phase forms the compatibilized micelle system,then the color reaction is happened in the aqueous phase in the presence of nonionic surfactant-active agent PVA,The maxiumum absorbance is at the wavelength of 602 nm,the molar absorptivity is ε602=1.58×105 L·mol-1·cm-1,and the correlation coefficient r=0.999.Bear’s law is obeyed in the range of 0~11 μg of indium per 10 mL.The method has been applied to the determination of indium in without-Hg cell with satisfactory results.The recovery was 95%~107%,and the RSD is 1.9%,and results coincide with comparison test.
