水体中总氮测定存在的问题研究
【摘要】 采用中国和日本两国各种形态氮的常用分析方法及双管法总氮分析,对水体中总氮测定存在的问题进行了实验与分析。通过双管法总氮分析发现,部分氮以氨气形式挥发,是导致总氮测定结果有时偏低于理论计算结果的原因。
【Abstract】 The nitrogen analysis methods commonly used both in China and Japan and the double-tube analysis method for total nitrogen determination were applied respectively, then the problems occurred in the experiments were analyzed. Through the analysis of the double-tube method, the main reason that induced the total nitrogen determination result lower than that of calculated theoretical value was found, it was due to part of nitrogen was evaporated as ammonia.
