黄柏幼树光合特性研究

【摘要】 在雅安市荥经县"川黄柏规范化种植(GAP)基地",采用L i-6400光合测定系统,以2 a生黄柏为研究对象,探讨了黄柏幼树的光合生理特性。结果表明:黄柏叶片净光合速率日变化在生长季后期呈单峰曲线,无明显光合午休现象,峰值出现在10:00左右,峰值持续时间较长;光能利用效率和水分利用效率较高;光补偿点为29μmol/(m2.s),光饱和点为1 491μmol/(m2.s),表观量子效率为0.0417,CO2补偿点为52μmol/mol,CO2饱和点在800μmol/mol左右;羧化效率为0.087 5,暗呼吸速率为1.861 4μmol/(m2.s),表明黄柏属典型阳性的C3植物。

【Abstract】 The photosynthetic and physiological characteristic of two-year-old Phellodendron chinense in the GAP base of Ya′an in Sichuan province were investigated by using the Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system.The results showed that the daily net photosynthetic rate of Phellodendron chinense was demonstrated as a curve with one peak and had no midday depression at the late growing stage.The peak value was appeared at 10:00 and lasted a long time.The solar energy utilization and water utilization efficiency were high.The light compensation point(LCP) was 29 μmol/(m2·s),the light saturation point(LSP) was 1 491 μmol/(m2·s),and the apparent quantum efficiency was 0.041 7.The CO2 compensation point(CCP) was 52 μmol/mol,and CO2 saturation point(CSP) was 800 μmol/mol.The carboxyling efficiency was 0.087 5 and the dark respiration rate was 1.8614μmol/(m2·s).This indicated that Phellodendron chinense belong to a C3 type plant.
