稀土对工业纯铝性能的影响
Effect of RE on the Properties of Commercial Pure Aluminum
【摘要】 研究了单一稀土RE对工业纯铝力学性能的影响,探讨了稀土对纯铝中杂质相的细化作用。结果表明:稀土RE与Fe、Si等杂质形成高熔点金属间化合物,改变Fe相存在形态,使工业纯铝的抗拉强度提高44.18%,延伸率提高32.04%;稀土加入量为0.03%时,变质效果最佳,纯铝性能最好。
【Abstract】 The effect of single RE element on the properties of commercial pure aluminum was investigated.It is shown that RE element could form a high melting-point intermetallic compound with Fe and Si impurities,and the present form of Fe phase was changed.The tensile strength was increased by 44.18%,elongation by 32.04%.When RE addition is 0.03%,the modification effect is the best,and the excellent property of pure aluminum can be obtained.
