【摘要】 [目的]研究大鼠亚慢性试验随机分组方法。[方法]用Excel软件对每只称重后的大鼠产生一个随机数,然后按随机数从小到大排序,以随机数的大小顺序将每只大鼠分入随机组中,并对体重均值作F检验。[结果]用Excel软件工具菜单中"录制宏"的功能,建立亚慢性试验随机分组模板文件。应用快捷键,快速完成随机分组及F检验。[结论]利用Excel模板文件方法可以快捷将实验动物随机分组。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To introduce a stochastic grouping method for subchronic test of rats.[Methods]Each rat after weighting was allocated one random number with Excel software,then reordered from minimum to maximum according to the random number.Each rat then entered the stochastic group by the random number order and F-test was carried out for the mean of body weight.[Results]The template document of the stochastic grouping for subchronic test of rats was established by the transcribing macro function in the tool menu of Excel software.The stochastic grouping and the F-test could be done instantly by pressing the function keys.[Conclusion]The template document could reduce the work load greatly and improve the working efficiency and accuracy.This method will also suit to stochastic grouping of other scientific research items.更多还原
