【摘要】 目的:探讨PTEN蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学技术检测1998年1月—1999年12月间收治的120例乳腺癌组织标本中PTEN蛋白的表达。结果:在120例乳腺癌组织标本中有36例为阴性表达,正常乳腺组织、乳腺腺瘤组织均为阳性表达(P<0.01)。无论阳性面积抑或是强阳性面积,PTEN蛋白表达与乳腺癌患者年龄、肿瘤组织学分级和肿瘤大小之间无显著相关(P>0.05);而与乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移和远处转移间存在显著相关(P<0.01)。结论:PTEN抑癌基因的蛋白表达低下或丢失与乳腺癌变有关,可能是乳腺癌变过程中一种较晚发生的事件,是进展期乳腺癌的一种信号。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The purpose of this study is to investigate the expression of PTEN in human breast cancer tissue,and to comprehend its relationship with the biological behaviors of the tumor.Methods:We applied immunohistochemical stain methods with monoclonal antibody against PTEN protein on 120 archival human breast carcinomas materials.The correlation between PTEN expression and the clinicopathologic factors were investigated.Results:PTEN protein showed lowed expression in the tissues of adenocarcinoma(P<0.01 ).The negative values have a statistical significant relationship with the lymph node metas tases and the distant organs metastases(P<0.01).Conclusion:Loss of tumor suppressor PTEN Protein expression usually oc curs in human breast carcinoma,It might be an advance stage event of breast cancer.更多还原
